USAG Competitive Programs

Golden City Gymnastics offers USAG (USA Gymnastics) sanctioned competitive team programs for both boys and girls. Our teams compete at local, regional, and national levels, developing not just gymnastics skills but also discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

Team placement is by invitation based on skill level, commitment, and coach recommendation. Athletes in our recreational programs who show exceptional ability may be invited to join our competitive teams.

About USAG Competition

USA Gymnastics (USAG) is the national governing body for gymnastics in the United States. Our teams compete in the Junior Olympic (JO) program for boys and girls, as well as the XCEL program which offers a flexible competition option for female gymnasts.
