Preschool Gymnastics Program
GymQuest is our specially designed preschool program for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Through age-appropriate activities and games, young gymnasts develop fundamental motor skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility while building confidence and social skills.
Our experienced preschool coaches create a nurturing environment where children learn through play, exploration, and positive reinforcement. Each class is structured to maximize learning while keeping the focus on fun!

Little Comets
45 minutesAges: 18 months - 2 years 11 months
Parent-child class introducing basic gymnastics concepts through play. Develops motor skills, coordination, and socialization.
Asteroids
55 minutesAges: 3 years - 4 years 5 months
Independent class for younger preschoolers. Builds on basic skills with more structured activities and apparatus introduction.
Explorers
55 minutesAges: 3 years - 5 years 11 months
For gymnasts who have mastered Asteroids skills. Progressive skill development across all gymnastics events.
Skyrockets
55 minutesAges: 4 years 6 months - 5 years 11 months
Advanced preschool class for older students ready for more challenging skills and preparing for recreational programs.
Cosmos
55 minutesAges: 4 years - 5 years 11 months (Girls)
Elite preschool program for girls showing exceptional ability. Intensive training preparing for competitive team consideration.
